Service Description

SymplBot provides a multilingual AI chatbot platform that allows you to create, customize, and embed chatbots on your website to assist your visitors and capture leads.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

SymplBot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SymplBot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours, and you grant us a license to use it solely to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

SymplBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the European Union.
